DeAxis Technologies is committed to protecting your privacy. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your explicit prior consent.

We do not engage in the sale of personal data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers under any circumstances. Your trust is fundamental to our business, and we take every reasonable measure to ensure your data remains secure and confidential.

DeAxis Technologies shall not be liable for any failure by the user of our online payment system to properly protect data from being viewed on their screen by other persons, or otherwise obtained by such other persons during the online payment process.

We also accept no liability in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process by the user. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that payment details are entered correctly and that the payment environment is secure at the time of transaction.

DeAxis Technologies offers a secure online payment facility which can be used to pay for services in full, or to set up instalment payment arrangements, provided both parties (DeAxis Technologies and the client) agree to such an arrangement in advance.

Online payment is our preferred method of payment for all service engagements. This ensures speed, security, and an accurate financial record for both parties.

All payment information submitted through our online payment system is held in an encrypted form in a safe and secure environment. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your financial data at every stage of the transaction.

DeAxis Technologies partners with globally recognised and trusted third-party payment processors who are fully obligated to meet international payment security standards, including PCI DSS compliance, ensuring that every transaction is processed safely and reliably across all international markets.

DeAxis Technologies is committed to delivering satisfaction to all of our valued clients. As part of this commitment, we offer a 3 to 7 day free trial period for applicable services, giving you the opportunity to fully evaluate our offering before making any financial commitment.

Once a client has agreed to these Terms and Conditions and a payment has been processed, no refund will be issued. By proceeding with payment, the client confirms that they have made use of, or had adequate opportunity to make use of, the trial period, and are satisfied with the service being provided.

We strongly encourage all clients to fully utilise the free trial period and raise any concerns with our team before committing to payment. Our team is available to address any questions or issues prior to formalising the engagement.

All of the general terms and conditions outlined above apply equally to our online short and long term courses. By enrolling in any DeAxis Technologies course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the general terms above, below and the specific course terms detailed in this section.

This section outlines the specific rules governing our specialised short tech programmes, bootcamps, and digital courses.

• Course Access & Accounts

  To access our tech courses, you must create a registered user account on our platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please notify us immediately at info@deaxis.net.

• Intellectual Property

  All course materials, including video lectures, coding exercises, downloadable resources, graphics, written content, and any proprietary software tools provided, are the exclusive intellectual property of DeAxis Technologies. These materials are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. Any unauthorised copying, distribution, sharing of account access, reproduction, or commercialisation of this content in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

• Course Updates

  In the fast evolving technology industry, tools, frameworks, and best practices change rapidly. DeAxis Technologies reserves the right to update, modify, or replace course curriculum, software requirements, tools, or projects at any time, without prior notice, to ensure the material remains current, relevant, and industry aligned. Such changes are made in the best interests of our students and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Clients who wish to cancel any ongoing subscription-based service or course enrolment with DeAxis Technologies are required to provide a minimum of one (1) month's written notice prior to the next scheduled subscription charge or billing date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@deaxis.net and will be acknowledged within 2 business days. Cancellations received less than one month before the next billing date will not take effect until the following billing cycle, and the client remains responsible for payment of that cycle.

DeAxis Technologies also reserves the right to cancel or suspend a client's service or account with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

DeAxis Technologies reserves the right to amend, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website or communicated through our official channels.

We encourage all clients and users to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
